Rental Rates and How To Book
In high season changeover day is Saturday. At all other times changeover day and length of rental are flexible (minimum of 4 days).
1 November - 27 March - £399
28 March - 15 May - £420
16 May - 26 June - £499
27 June – 28 August - £775
29 August – 31 October - £599
We can accept payment in £ Sterling or Euros
Prices include all bedding and towels (not beach towels).
A £100/150euro refundable key / security deposit is required.

One third of the hire cost is required at the time of booking with the balance being due 8 weeks before departure. A 'security deposit' of £100 is required when balance is paid, this will be refunded after the keys are returned and apartment checked.

Cancellation refunds: Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks – no refund.
