'Rincon Feliz’ is furnished to a high standard providing comfortable, stylish accommodation with marble floors and air conditioning throughout. 

FIRST FLOOR

Front door leads to a hallway

Two twin bedrooms with two single beds in each.  The bedrooms have built in cupboards with ample wardrobe and storage space.  Next to the bedrooms there is a bathroom with wc, wash basin and shower cubicle.

Small laundry room has a washing machine – there is a clothes line on the patio leading from the upstairs bathroom which is ideal for drying laundry.

The large living room has a huge ‘L’ shaped sofa, arm chair and coffee table.  There is a dining table and chairs for those days when you want to eat in the cool.  The living room also has a flat screen TV (satellite channels from UK) , DVD player and CD/radio.  There is a wall to wall window leading to a shady terrace with table, chairs and a barbecue.

This terrace overlooks the gardens and pool and has terrific views of the coast and  Pyrenees.

The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer.  Cupboards are stocked with everyday items (please replace anything you use), cold beer, wine and water waiting for you in the fridge!  Lots of cutlery and crockery and glasses.

TOP FLOOR

Master bedroom with king size bed, dressing room with storage (a travel cot can be added to this space if required), ensuite bathroom with sink, wc and bath with shower over.  The master suite has a wall to wall walk through window leading to a sunny terrace overlooking the coast and Pyrenees – perfect for watching the sun go down.  There is also a small patio to the rear of the bathroom which is ideal for drying laundry on.

 

OUTSIDE

Parking for one car is in an underground secure garage which is accessed by remote control.

The swimming pool is a minute away – it is surrounded by a grassed area for sunbathing and never busy. Its minimum depth is 1.3m
